Motions
"Motions for the Annual General Meeting must be submitted in writing to the Honorary Secretary six weeks before the date of the meeting"
(Rule 22)

Nominations
"Nominations for all officer positions and for replacements for retiring ordinary members of the Committee shall be submitted in writing to the Honorary Secretary six weeks before the time of the Annual General Meeting"
(Rule 23)

"All nominations, proposals or motions for the Annual General Meeting must be signed by both Proposer and Seconder, both of whom must be paid up members of the Association"
(Rule 24)

Amendments to the rules
"Amendments to the rules and the Constitution shall be by notice of motion, in writing to the Secretary of the Association six weeks prior to the Annual General Meeting"
